Chief Operating Officer
Danielle is a business research leader with 30 years of experience helping companies of all sizes make better site and market decisions. She is the co-founder of SiteSeer and its parent company, ROIC analytics. Danielle leads SiteSeer’s operations team and handles business development and client services.
Prior to SiteSeer/ROIC analytics, Danielle was vice president of client services for geoVue and director of research and market analysis for Albertsons, where she led nationwide site selection and market planning, business strategy, and mergers and acquisitions.
Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Boise State University.
Chief Technology Officer
Andy has 30 years of experience building and deploying business market intelligence applications. In 2001, he co-founded x-span results, where he designed and developed Site Decision Systems (SDS), the predecessor to SiteSeer Professional. Andy leads SiteSeer’s software development efforts and manages technology resources.
Prior to SiteSeer/x-span, Andy built customer applications at Air2Web. Previously, he was the VP of custom application design for Claritas, and led software development projects for Scarborough Research (VNU) and Pulse Train Technology.
Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from the University of Bristol in England.
Chief Information Officer
Tom has helped businesses make better decisions through location intelligence for over 25 years. He is a member of SiteSeer’s professional services team, head modeler, and lead solution architect.
Prior to co-founding SiteSeer and its parent company, ROIC analytics, Tom led solution development and predictive modeling for geoVue. He also worked as a research manager and business analyst and led GIS at Albertsons. Previously Tom was an analyst for Navteq and the U.S. Census Bureau.
Tom holds a Master of Arts in economic geography and a Bachelor of Science in organizational psychology from the University of North Dakota.
VP, Business Development
Sam has helped many companies plan and implement effective research programs during his two decades in retail real estate. This experience combined with his commitment to customer service helps Sam build relationships and guide clients toward success.
Prior to joining ROIC analytics, SiteSeer’s parent company in 2010, Sam ran the research department at Phillips Edison and Company. He also worked in operations for Albertsons before moving into corporate roles and becoming a senior analyst for the company. Sam is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado.
Sam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Boise State University. He is currently based in Denver, Colorado.
Director, Solution Development
Kay is a member of the company’s professional services team, providing custom analytics, survey development, and market research services to SiteSeer clients. Her role is to help clients get the most out of the SiteSeer platform.
Prior to joining ROIC analytics, SiteSeer’s parent company, in 2013, Kay worked for Boise, Inc., and Albertsons, where she designed and conducted surveys, developed analytical processes, analyzed data, and built dashboards and scorecards for the companies’ human resources departments.
Kay holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Walden University.
Manager of Client Services
Lance helps clients achieve their goals and make the most of the SiteSeer software platform. He leads support services and builds relationships with new clients as part of the business development team.
Prior to joining ROIC analytics, SiteSeer’s parent company in 2014, Lance spent worked in small business operations, management, business development, and employee training.
Lance holds Bachelor of Science degrees in business (management and economics) and psychology from Rocky Mountain College.
