SiteSeer Technologies, creator of SiteSeer Professional site selection software, is now working with United Properties Corp., a commercial real estate company and owner of retail shopping centers in 17 states in the eastern U.S. The company will use SiteSeer for its Void Analysis, Retail Match, and mapping tools.
Based in East Meadow, New York, United Properties buys, holds, and sells shopping centers in primary and secondary markets. The company currently controls over 5 million square feet of retail real estate and is focused on expanding its regional and national presence in 2019 and beyond.
